Healthy cakes, healthy life
I love cakes. And I love to live a healthy life. That is why my cakes and desserts are healthier versions of the classics, without compromising on taste and texture. As I want everyone to be able to eat my cakes, they most often are allergy- friendly, gluten- free, and not to forget propped with nutrients and all natural. Preferably I want my healthy cake recipes to be easy to make, to taste better, and to be more moist. And believe me, they are.

Hi Hanna! Thank you so much, happy you like them:) Happy baking! Maria
When is your next recipe coming out?? ^^
Could you please tell me what the “dl” measure is in the Apple and Cinnamon Biscuit recipe for the Almond Flour?
Hi Vivianne! dl means Decilitres. 1 = 1/10 litre. If you use the conversion calculator in the fight meny you will easily be able to convert to your local measurement. Good luck! Maria:)
Hi Maria!
I really enjoy your blog and am always excited for new recipe mails that are coming into my box!Its great how you not only post delicious and healthy recipes, but also give information about the nutrients and benefits!
happy baking!
I just love your blog, and your recipes! Especially your pancakes and waffles, they turn out so voluminous and fluffy
I think the fact that the eggs/egg whites get whipped up makes it soo much better than similar recipes! If you don’t mind me asking, do you think it would be possible to make a single-serving chocolate cake/muffins with those ingredients(coconut flour, almond flour, eggs, egg whites, milk, stevia and eventually protein powder) and cocoa? Would the amount of ingredients be about the same as in, say, your pancake recipe? Sorry for asking so much, but your recipes are just amazing!
My partner and I stumbled over here different web address and thought I might check things out. I like what I see so now i am following you. Look forward to checking out your web page for a second time.
Hello! In one of your recipes there is havremel, what can I use instead?? There is no havremel in Sweden where I live anayway!
Hi Sofia! Thank you for your comment. It is very easy to make oatmealflour (havremel) yourself. I do it all the time, because sometimes I just don’t have oatmealflour (havremel), but still want to do impulsive baking. How to make oatmealflour (havremel): grind oatmeal in a foodprocessor or a blender. If you don’t have that, you can also try to mash it in a plasticbag with your hand until it is more like flour. Good luck, Sofia! Maria:)
