I love chocolate! You know this by now. This chocolate frosting is my favorite healthy light chocolate frosting. Not heavy at all, super velvety, and perfectly sweet in addition to being a healthy version on the traditional heavy chocolate frosting. I use it all the time, for example on this Healthy Avonana Cake. But you can also use it on all the other healthy cakes as a lighter chocolate frosting.
As my schedule has been very hectic lately, with moving and new jobs- this is my “go to” healthy, light chocolate treat. So easy to make, and SO super yummy! It is very low in fat, and has no refined sugar. But you would never guess, as it is super delicious!
Healthy light chocolate frosting
This healthy light chocolate frosting is very easy to make, perfectly used by itself, as a healthy treat, or on any cake!

4 tablespoons Agave syrup or Acacia honey

2 tablespoons light cream cheese
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil or another oil
- Heat the oil on low heat. Add the chocolate, and stir on very low heat until melted. Add the light cream cheese and agave syrup, and vanilla powder.
- Remove off the heat and add the vanilla quark gradually. Stir well with a balloon whisk.
- Cool down in the fridge for a firmer consistence or use as is. Enjoy!
